Role:
A role at the intersection of three functions that drive our business: merchandising, performance marketing, and finance.
Most of our sales come through paid media, meaning new creative tests, budget shifts, and margin targets have direct, and often immediate consequences for what we need to hold in stock.
This role is responsible for understanding those connections and translating them into a coherent purchasing plan.
Main Responsibilities:
Forecast sales at the individual product level (style, color, size) and roll them up into category and brand plans
Translate forecasts into purchase orders, balancing in-stock targets against cash flow and margin
Place reorders for products selling faster than planned; scale back or cancel on slow-movers
Lead pre-season and in-season planning across our growing range - product mix, size ratios, regional allocation
Deliver a weekly business recap on category performance and inventory health to leadership
Use modern AI tools (Claude and others) to accelerate analysis, prototype models, and automate routine reporting
Build the planning function - process and tooling, not just reports
Experience & Background:
Have 4–7 years in a numbers-heavy analytical role - whether that’s merchandise planning at a DTC or apparel brand, or applied forecasting and planning work from a background in statistics, economics, operations research, or data science
Love number crunching and have real attention to detail
Are comfortable modeling under uncertainty - scenarios, sensitivities, probabilistic thinking
Build serious Excel and Sheets models
Curious about the upstream drivers of demand - creative, paid media, pricing, not just thе downstream inventory numbers
Like building from scratch and don’t need legacy systems to do great work
What’s in It for You:
Fully remote position
Clear career path in a fast-growing e-commerce company
26 days of paid leave + parental leave
Friendly, collaborative and international team culture
