Role:
This is a hands-on production role focused on helping roll out digital assets for our e-commerce store, product launches, CRM/email, social media, and marketing channels. The ideal person has a good eye for detail, enjoys clean execution, and is comfortable working from existing templates, systems, and creative direction.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and rolling out assets for product pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Supporting digital design for CRM/email, web banners, social media, and general marketing assets
Assisting with basic image editing, cropping, colour adjustments, retouching, and exports
Creating variations from existing templates and approved creative directions
Supporting the wider creative team with day-to-day production tasks
Learning and using AI-assisted creative tools where useful
Experience & Background:
Junior-level experience in digital design, graphic design, e-commerce design, or similar
Comfortable working in Figma, or willing to learn quickly
Basic understanding of digital layouts, image formats, and export requirements
Able to follow creative direction and apply it accurately across multiple assets
Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks
Nice to Have:
Lightroom experience
Interest in outdoor apparel, product imagery, or performance-focused creative
Openness to AI-assisted creative workflows
