Role:

This is a hands-on production role focused on helping roll out digital assets for our e-commerce store, product launches, CRM/email, social media, and marketing channels. The ideal person has a good eye for detail, enjoys clean execution, and is comfortable working from existing templates, systems, and creative direction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and rolling out assets for product pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns

  • Supporting digital design for CRM/email, web banners, social media, and general marketing assets

  • Assisting with basic image editing, cropping, colour adjustments, retouching, and exports

  • Creating variations from existing templates and approved creative directions

  • Supporting the wider creative team with day-to-day production tasks

  • Learning and using AI-assisted creative tools where useful

Experience & Background:

  • Junior-level experience in digital design, graphic design, e-commerce design, or similar

  • Comfortable working in Figma, or willing to learn quickly

  • Basic understanding of digital layouts, image formats, and export requirements

  • Able to follow creative direction and apply it accurately across multiple assets

  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks

Nice to Have:

  • Lightroom experience

  • Interest in outdoor apparel, product imagery, or performance-focused creative

  • Openness to AI-assisted creative workflows
